Death rain from the sky in Bihar, 83 people killed by lightning in different places


In the last 24 hours, 83 people have been killed in Bihar due to lightning and storms and heavy rains. This information has been provided by the state government department. Under which 13 people have died in Gopalganj, Madhubani, East Champaran, Betiya and two each in West Champaran.
 While one person has died in Purnia and one in Banka. There have also been reports of dozens of people being made homeless. In Gopalganj, 13 people have died due to rain and lightning since this morning. Four people were killed in Uchkagam, two in Manjha and one each in Vijaypur, Ketya and Barauli. Most of those who lost their lives were working on farms.

80 killed in lightning strikes in different areas

Four people were injured in lightning strikes in Barauli and Manza and have been admitted to Sadar Hospital. Police have sent the bodies of all the deceased for postmortem. On the other hand, four people have been killed in a lightning strike in northern Bihar. A newborn baby girl has died after being struck by lightning in East Champaran.

There is one death in this district

In Jehanabad, Shivhar and Samastipur, one person has died. One woman has died in Vigha village in Shaho of Jehanabad Dhosi, one in Kushhar in Shivhar and one in Kua village of Bithan in Samastipur. A woman was also electrocuted in Darbhanga. While two people have been seriously injured. The incident took place in Biraul area.
