To become an IAS IPS, the youth of Patel community need to be awakened - Sardardham

In particular, the development of a country with a democratic system of governance and the well-being of its people is due to the sophistication of its administration. Governance is governed by the administration, the judiciary and the police.
In any state, representatives of the people are usually elected and a government of a political party with a majority is formed. However, this elected wing has ruled for only five years. Later, re-elections are held and the party with the previous majority retains power. The Chief Minister and the Cabinet lead the regime till its tenure.
However, the real administration of the state or central government is to be run by the officials and administrative bureaucrats. In which I.A.S. High officials are at the center of their importance. In the true sense of the word, the sources of power of the state or central administration are IAS. Are in the hands of the officers. However, becoming an IAS is as hard as chewing iron chickpeas. The candidate has to go through a very deep battle to become an IAS.
For this, the Union Public Service Commission has to go through a very difficult test. Speaking of the UPSC exam held in May 2009, more than four lakh students from across the country had appeared for the exam. Such a competition was held among millions of young men and women who are considered to be the most brilliant in the nation. Out of these four lakh students, about 15,000 students who passed the main examination during October-November, 2009. Out of this examination, only 2,200 young men and women passed. These successful young men and women had final interviews during last March-April, out of which 9 students passed for IAS training. Out of these 14 students are from Gujarat. This is the first time that such a large number of students from Gujarat have been selected for IAS training.
Out of these 12 successful candidates, 6 Patel youths including Yatin Patel have been successful. These Patel youth have enhanced the pride not only of the Patel community but of the entire Gujarat. These young people come from ordinary middle class families, although their careers as brilliant students have been. It may be mentioned here that Haribhai Patel from Leua community was earlier selected for IAS. Dhiraj Kakadia had also earlier passed for IAS, while Yatin Patel is the third successful candidate from Leua Samaj to be selected for IAS.
Such promising individuals of the Leua Patel community have enhanced the pride of the whole of Gujarat. Most of the students selected for IAS from Gujarat, including Yatin Patel, are from rural areas. Taking special note of this in his editorial, he wrote: “These days are a source of pride for the Patel community, as most of them are Patel students. The fact that a student from a small village becomes an IAS can be considered a greater achievement than doing Himalayan Sir. Passing the UPSC exam is the result of Bhagirath's effort. Such bright students studying in very few facilities compared to cities are in fact like bright stars. '
Congratulations to all the successful students, including the brilliant young Yatin Patel of the Leua Patel family who achieved such a resounding success! And best wishes for a brighter future!
For the last twenty years, various Patel societies in Gujarat have been running training centers for their students to be selected in IAS and Gujarat administration, so the tendency to sit for such competitive examinations is increasing among the students of Patel society and the result is reflected in the last IAS competitive examination. Has happened. And now if we want to create an environment where more and more Patel youth are selected in the IAS administration, IAS training centers will be set up in every area of Saurashtra and rich libraries will be set up for this purpose and every rural level faculty will be set up to teach them. Efforts should be made to make the services available. If a separate fund of crores of rupees has been collected for this by the Higher Education Support Board and allocated to each district for this purpose, in a short span of time, many youth of the society will be able to become I.A.S and Gujarat may be able to provide services in the administration.
