IBPS RRB 2020 Notification Released for 9638 Officer & Office Assistant Posts: Apply Online

IBPS RRB 2020 : Indian Institute of Banking Personnel (IBPS) has uploaded the notification for the post of Group “A”-Officers (Scale-I, II & III) and Group “B”-Office Assistant (Multipurpose). 

The recruitment shall be done through 'Common Recruitment Process for RRBs (CRP RRBs IX)'. IBPS RRB Registration Link will start from tomorrow i.e. on 01 July and the last date of submitting IBPS RRB online application is 21 July 2020.

Eligible candidates, who aspires to join any of the Regional Rural Banks listed as Group “A”-Officers (Scale- I, II & III) and Group “B”-Office Assistant (Multipurpose), are required to register for IBPS CRP RRB 2020 on IBPS official website i.e. on ibps.in.




A total of 9638 vacancies are available in Rural Bank across India including Andhra Pradesh Grameena Vikas Bank, Andhra Pragathi Gramin Bank, Bangiya Gramin Vikash Bank, Punjab Gramin Bank, Uttar Bihar Gramin Bank etc.

IBPS RRB Prelims Exam 2020 for Officer Scale 1 and Office Assistants is scheduled to be held on 01, 02, 08, 09 and 16 August 2020. Candidates who will qualify in IBPS RRB Pre Exam shall be called for mains exam.

 IBPS RRB Officer 1 Mains Exam will be held on 13 September and IBPS RRB Officer Exam is scheduled to be held on 19 September 2020. However, IBPS Officer 2 and 3 Exam shall be conducted in single window on 13 September 2020.

The Narendra Modi government has made an important announcement to end the lockdown and the second phase of unlock has started across the country since Monday. 

While the central government has issued special guidelines for this, the Gujarat government has also announced some major concessions in the state during Unlock-2.





Chief Minister Vijay Rupani has decided to allow shops in Gujarat to continue operating from July 1 and Wednesday till 8 pm under Unlock 2. Apart from this, the Chief Minister has decided that hotels and restaurants can also be kept open till 9 pm. 


The Chief Minister also said that the curfew would be enforced across the state from 10 pm to 5 am as per the guidelines of the Government of India. Following the new guidelines issued by the Central Government under Unlock 2 from July 1, the Chief Minister has made these two important for shops and hotel restaurants in Gujarat.

In addition, a shop is allowed to stand more than five people, but the rules, including wearing a mask, must be followed. In addition, schools and colleges will be closed till July 31.

Unlock 2 is being launched in the state from July 1. Following which, Chief Minister Vijay Rupani has decided to allow shops in Gujarat to continue operating from tomorrow, i.e. July 1, till 8 pm. Hotels and restaurants will also be open until 9 p.m. The Chief Minister said that as per the guidelines of the Government of India, the curfew will have to be enforced across the state from 10 pm to 5 am. The Central Government has issued new guidelines under Unlock 2 from July 1.

2) This would be the prime minister's sixth address to the nation since the outbreak of the pandemic. On COVID-19, he had urged the people to be more vigilant in the unlock phase and take necessary precautions, stressing that not doing so will put at risk their lives and those of others.
