Rs 2470 electricity bill came even though the shop was closed in lockdown- find out what the customer did and became a power company

The Gujarat state government had recently announced that up to 100 units would be given free and then 20 per cent relief. However, power companies are being seen settling their deficits from consumers under some pretext. People are fed up with Joanna now.
Some customers have also submitted lightbills as evidence. Torrent Power's cars are being undermined by people and people are attacking their office on a daily basis. The problems of those who come to perform are also being addressed.
What are customer  complaints ?
In a conversation with media, a customer said that a light bill of Rs 2,470 was received in February. Which was filed on 13 March 2020. The public curfew was then imposed from Friday, March 20, 2020. And from March 22, the office was closed and everyone was given leave.
The lockdown was then over. However, during the lockdown, the message came to pay the March bill of Rs 2470. But my office was closed for the whole month of April.
I started my office on May 21, 2020, when the government gave me a lockdown. In which 12 to 4 offices were run as per the rules.
Then on June 10, we also filled in the message of Torrent Power's new light bill of Rs. 1430 in Paytm. However, the original copy of the light bill was found in our office and it appears that several boards have been placed in the charges.
Some conscious citizens are calling consumer protection while some consumers are settling the bill amount in person with the problem solving officer.
South Gujarat Power Company officials also said that there was no guideline for amnesty
On 11/07/20, the local residents inquired about the government's announcement of 100 unit waiver to the officials who came to read the meter of Bhestan Dgvcl. They were shocked when they revealed that no such guideline had come from the government.
When the locals approached the Surat Navsarjan Trust, they protested with slogans like "Relieve electricity bill", "We will not pay the lock down bill" and the DGVCL head office sent an application letter and also sent a letter to the Chief Minister.
